D\nBRIDGING DISCIPLINES FOR AN ACCESSIBLE AND INCLUSIVE ENVIRONMENT. URBA
N AND RURAL SPACES FACING CHALLENGES OF THE 21ST CENTURY.\nwww.fa.cvut.cz/
ya\nThe ways in which people interact with their environments—whether in
  cities\, rural areas\, or transitional spaces—are shaped by a complex i
nterplay of physical structures\, social dynamics\, governance frameworks\
, and global or local challenges and trends. Accessibility\, in its many m
eanings\, remains a crucial concern across disciplines\, influencing mobil
ity\, economic opportunities\, social inclusion\, and environmental sustai
 nability.\nIn the 21st century\, climate change\, demographic shifts\, eco
nomic transformation\, and increasing inequalities are reshaping tradition
al spatial planning concepts\, which continue evolving into new forms of m
obility\, flows or community engagement. The nature of accessibility and i
nclusion is expanding beyond physical proximity to encompass broader socia
l\, economic\, and institutional dimensions.\nThis conference aims to fost
er interdisciplinary dialogue among planners focusing on urbanism\, design
\, regional planning\, social sciences\, territorial governance and decisi
on-making processes\, economic drivers\, as well as specific transport or
technological concepts and applications.\nThe conference aims to foster cr
itical reflection\, knowledge exchange\, and collaboration by exploring in
teractions from multiple perspectives. Participants are encouraged to reas
sess established approaches\, seek innovative solutions\, deepen theoretic
al insights\, and strengthen interdisciplinary connections. The conference
is intended to be part of a dynamic discussion that addresses both system
ic and practical aspects of accessibility in contemporary urban and rural
 environments.\n\nhttps://congress.aesop-planning.eu/event/2/
